These are written in plain language. Questions? Email adrian@voltexai.net.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of voltexai.net and the free 2-week pilot of the VoltexAI receptionist. By booking a call or starting a pilot, you agree to them.

Booking a call

Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you. To move or cancel your call, email adrian@voltexai.net.

The free pilot

If you choose a plan, we agree the plan and its price with you before anything is charged.

What we need from you

Tell us how your business works, what you do, and where you work, so the receptionist answers your calls properly. You are responsible for following up with the customers who call you.

What to expect from the receptionist

The receptionist is an AI. It is built to get the details right, but like a person, it can make mistakes. Every call is transcribed and the details are texted to you, so check them before you act on them.

We work to keep it answering around the clock, but phone networks and online services can have outages, so we cannot promise every call will be answered. We also cannot promise any number of leads or jobs.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, VoltexAI is not responsible for lost jobs, lost profits, or other indirect losses from using the website or the pilot.

Our content

The text, design and VoltexAI logo on this website belong to VoltexAI. Please do not copy them without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
